Nicholas Tee

Managing Director

As a devoted father of two, Nick considers himself to be very fortunate to have the opportunity to lead a team of people who consider Zane Education to be far more than simply a job. Having travelled extensively over a 30 years period he has occupied senior managerial roles in several countries around the world, and has had the opportunity to develop an understanding of a wide range of cultures and business methodologies. With a background in the IT and educational software industries dating back to the early 1990's, and a leaning towards the use of a creative and innovative approach to developing business opportunities, he is committed to seeing Zane Education achieve widespread recognition and success in the online learning market.

Anna Krimshtein

Company Secretary

Anna is an experienced corporate and securities attorney with a speciality in mergers and acquisitions and has practiced law with major international law firms, including Baker & McKenzie and Kilpatrick Stockton LLP. She is also a qualified Certified Public Accountant. As the company secretary and a founding member of the company she is a mother of five children with a passion for education bringing an alternative and unique perspective as a committed "unschooler". Anna acts in both an active advisory and participatory role to ensure that the company maintains the necessary foundation and structure to take full advantage of growth opportunities in the education market both in the United States and internationally.

Ray Brocklesby

Media and Content Development

Ray is based in the UK and originally a teacher, specializing in Community Education. He has been involved in educational projects working with immigrant communities and devised an Equality and Diversity course which was used to teach community workers in Wales. Ray came to teaching later in life having previously worked in a management role in both the retail and music industries. He has traveled widely and has particular interest in Asia, having connections with both China and the Philippines (where he also has a home). In recent years he has developed his interest in IT, and that valuable combination of technical and academic skills provide him with the resources to contribute to the team in the areas of online marketing, social media and online course and content development.

Paul Foley

Chief Technical Officer

Paul was originally the founder of a web development and custom built solutions software company which he established in 2002 and sold in an MBO in 2009. He has an extensive background in both Windows and Linux platforms, expertise and skills in database development and thorough working knowledge of several web-orientated programming languages including ASP, JavaScript, PHP, HTML and XML and Web2.0. Paul is the most recent "new parent" within the company and while he may now be enjoying fatherhood for the first time he has already had the opportunity to see and understand how his work is being able to add to the lives of children in a range of other countries. 

Liz Tee

Financial and Accounting Management

Liz has worked with Nick over a period of 20 years during which she has undertaken the Financial Management and Accounting role in each of the businesses they have founded and developed. Her experience in this role has seen her refine and develop her financial management skills within the fields of property management, property development, software distribution and online marketing. As a mother of three she has a passion for early education and experience in teaching with a strong interest in homeschooling and home education.
